BuffStreams complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respects the intellectual property rights of all content owners.

As a service provider that provides access to user-generated content through linking, we respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our service, please notify our copyright agent as required by the DMCA.

• Provides a schedule of upcoming sports matches and events
• Aggregates links to publicly available sports streams from around the web
• Offers a user-friendly interface to find and access sports content
• Does not host, upload, or transmit any video content
• Does not modify or alter any stream content
• Simply directs users to third-party streaming sources

We are essentially a search engine for sports streams, similar to how Google is a search engine for websites. We index and organize links to content that is already available on the internet.

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you will need to send a written communication that includes substantially the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material

• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.

If you believe that your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter notification.

To be effective, a counter notification must be a written communication provided to our designated agent that includes substantially the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located

BuffStreams is not responsible for the content of external sites. We do not endorse, support, or have control over the content of third-party streaming sites.
